Sandy has more than 42 years of experience in customer/client service. She is our client service specialist and the first person you meet when you come to our office.
She is dedicated to making your experience at MapleCross seamless. Sandy started working in the financial industry in 2009. She takes care of your financial needs promptly and meticulously. Sandy handles client concerns, deposits, new accounts, money requests, account transfers, retirement plan/pension plan rollovers, and helps schedule and prepare client meetings. You get a real person when you call. She has a positive attitude and is committed to making your experience with MapleCross excellent.
Sandy and her husband, Joe, have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. They live in their log home on 30 acres above Center Hill Lake. They raise a garden and Sandy cans the fruit and vegetables they grow. Joe and Sandy make wine from their own blackberry vines. She also enjoys reading, coloring, traveling, the beach, spending time on the lake in their tri-toon, cooking, and time spent with her family. She loves being a grandmother and spending time with her grandchildren, who call her "Ma."
